MAIN STAGE ENTERTAINMENT AT FARMERS’ MARKET in SLO is 7-8:30pm at the intersection of Higuera and Nipomo streets. This year marks the 25th Anniversary of Farmer’s Market with a celebration all summer. July 3 with “House Red Band” on the Main Stage in the Plaza. ARROYO GRANDE SUMMER CONCERT SERIES rocks your way on alternating Sundays: through Sept. 21. July 4: The Village Band. July 13: SLO Youth Symphony Wind Orchestra. July 27: Boomerang (’60s and ’70s pop rock). Aug. 10: SLOfolks welcomes Sligo Rags (Celtic) and songwriter opener. Sept. 7: SLO Blues Society welcomes The Cinders. Sept. 21: SLO Jazz Federation. 38th ANNUAL MOZART FESTIVAL, NOW CALLED FESTIVAL MOSAIC celebrates music’s relationship to the passage of time throughout SLO County July 11-27. The renamed festival will welcome more than 7,000 music lovers with programs and concerts that span five centuries. Hear the Festival Orchestra and internationally acclaimed guest artists, including pianist Jeffrey Kahane and Boston’s Blue Heron, a Renaissance choir specializing in 15th century music. Enjoy more than 30 concerts and events under the direction of Music Director and virtuoso violinist Scott Yoo. Also, check out The Fringe Festival, taking place July 11-18, celebrating classically trained artists who’ve crossed into other musical styles.
